We are honored to invite you to a powerful opportunity to deepen your work as a Xinachtli facilitator and support the sacred right to safety in our communities. As part of our #MMIWGR (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Relatives) campaign, the Xinachtli Comadres National Colectiva (XCNC) in partnership with KLBRI is hosting a Virtual Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Empowerment-Based Community Self-Defense.

 

Tonight's workshop is designed exclusively for Xinachtli Certified Facilitators who are ready to bring a healing-centered, culturally rooted self-defense curriculum into their círculos and communities.

 

In this 90-minute training, you’ll learn to teach:

• Awareness skills (trusting your intuition, scanning surroundings)

• Assertiveness tools (saying NO, STOP, and setting boundaries)

• Physical safety techniques (simple movements to escape and flee danger)

• All rooted in a framework of healing, dignity, and sacred resistance.

• Micro-grants to help you bring this training to your community

• Limited edition MMIWGR t-shirts & posters to raise awareness and visibility
